I am not sure if I should be using the what if senario or not.

What I am trying to do is if one cell in worsheet #1, lets say b14= 2.375,
then I want cell f12 on the same worksheet to equal cell B15 from Worksheel
titled Material Costs. Not sure how to do this, I was trying

if (B14=2.375,'Material Costs!B15') but it did not work, any suggestions??
