Example of what I need to do! Hope it makes sense, I hope Excel is able to do
this.

In C2:
If B2<=25, then 8.75%
If B225, but <=1000, then 3.50% + 8.75% of the first 25

Can someone out there help me? I would greatly appreciate it!
