A setup like this will put Age and Type on the X axis with Data as your first
series. Be sure there are blank cells between the ages as shown below.

Age Type Data
16 I 20.2
II 24.5
III 23.5
17 I 19.8
II 23.6
III 19.8
18 I 17.6
II 24.8
III 18.7
19 I 23.5
II 25.3
III 18.2
