Default NetWorkDays - lists as Date??

I can verify this happening.

Seems odd but it's just a minor inconvience. Just reformat the cell as
General or Number.

In the older version of excel it always came up as a number. It does in
2007, until I add the -1, then it changes to a date.... This is what is
puzzling me

Yes, when you have calculated a number of days, you need to format it as
a
number, not as a date.

I've recently been switched to Office 2007 and am puzzled on the
networkdays function in this version of Excel. It's not that the
function isn't working, but if I add a -1 outside the function, the
results some out as a date, not a number...

That's strange.... Has anyone a fix for this or do I have to
reformat the cell as number after I enter the function.....

Thanx
