Assuming dates data as posted is within B1:E3
(dates are presumed real dates, which are just numbers)
In say, B5:
=IF(SUMPRODUCT(--(B1:B3<""),1/COUNTIF(B1:B3,B1:B3&""))1,"X","")
Copy B5 across to E5 to flag it as: X
