When I double click on and xls file I get this message:

"Cannot find the file (or one of its components). Make sure the path and
filename are correct and that all required libraries are available."

I do not know how to check if all required libraries are available.

I can open an 'xls' file if I open Excel and go to File then Open and go to
the location of the file and select it. But, thats the long way.

Will you help me.
