Default How do you select all text/data within all the cells of a column?

If you want to *only* select text/data, and *not* empty cells,

Click on the letter at the top of the column,
then hit <F5,
then click on "Special",
and then click "Constants",

then make sure that only "Text" is checked below,
then <OK.

If you also wish to include numbers, since you did say "data",
make sure that's checked also.
