Do you mean if each cell is greater than 0, include in average, or just if
the sum of numbers is greater than 0, average them?
Former:
=SUMIF(A1:A10,"0")/COUNTIF(A1:A10,"0")
Latter
=IF(SUM(A1:A10)0,AVERAGE(A1:A10),"")
