Many thanks for this suggestion. I do appreciate it, but it would be more
than my job's worth! It's all confidential school reporting data.
I think I may have found a way around it. I 'paste special' and then select
'text'. It's a bit of a faff cos I have to restore the formatting, but at
least it's doing it!
Let me know if you come up with any other ideas!
