Worksheet function NORMSINV returns the inverse of the standard normal
cumulative distribution.

given a value of Z, returns the look up value from a Cumulative Standard

Distribution table? That is, if Z = 0, returns .5, if Z = 1, returns
.84134, if
2, .97725, etc.
