Default Pivot Chart Question

Hi,

In the pivot table select the all the clients from 6 to 200 (in the row
area) then choose the command PivotTable, Group and Show Detail, Group. This
should give you 6 items in a new row field. Remove the original field from
the pivot table, rename the Group 1, Other. Generate your chart from this.

If this helps, click the Yes button

Cheers,

I have a Pivot table that shows monthly sales by client. Approximately 200
clients are shown. As with most businesses, about 80% of the sales comes from
20% of the clients.

I want to create a pivot chart that will show the individual results for the
the top ten clients along with all other clients grouped together as a single
result.

Can this be done?
