I just noticed that your Open statement and Close statement have
different workbook names.

Workbooks.Open Filename:=(WhereDump & "Impromptu DataDump rev3 2005 to
present.xls")

Workbooks("Impromptu DataDump rev3 2005 to present.xls").Close
