Default Save changes? even when you've made none

Some worksheet functions like NOW() and TODAY() are "volatile" and are
recalculated when the worksheet is opened. Since these values (may)
change, Excel treats the workbook as if it had been changed and
prompts to save the changes.

Everytime I close a certain file, it always asks me if I want to save
changes, even though I didn't do anything. I just opened the file, looked
at, then closed it.
