Default keyboard is locked after starting in both word and excel
When i open a sheet in excel or word the keyboard is locked. When a key is
hit a sound sounds and nothing is put in the cell or page. Only after holding
down the shift key for more then 8 seconds will it allow me to type anything
in the cell or the page. how do i eliminate this problem?
