Default Sums with conditions and multiple columns

Rather than a formula, it sounds like a Pivot Table would be better for
your purpose:

I am trying to create a sum of the quantities in the cells based upon
conditions. This is the layout of my spreadsheet:

Column A B C D E F
Title Client no. Total Air Ocean Ground Employee

What I would like to do is count the totals of each mode of transport by
Rater. So for example I need to count the totals of all of the clients
serviced a certain employee.

Could you please help me create the proper formula to acheive this.

Thank you,
Claire
