Default Navigator Window for Excel Speadsheet

It is hard to navigate though big spreadsheets and it would make sense to
have a navigator window to depict roughly where you are in a big spreadsheet.
This would be similar to the solution used for Viso. You can point to a
general area in the navigation window to quickly move to the actual region
referenced in the navigation window. Also you can have a scheme to memorize
the favorite views of a spread sheet and access those areas through some key
and/or mouse click combination. Think about how many times you have to
scroll right or left to get to regions in a big spreadsheet you are
interested in. We should make this process easier for the user.
