Default Confusing Function

It's a function for "what if analysis" from the Data menu, DataTable.

I've never used it but Max is the resident expert on this and maybe he'll
see this and chime in.

It could be a Userdefined Function (UDF) and we would have no way of
knowing
what it does. It looks as if it is array entered. Assuming it is a valid
function, find the workbook it is in, and see if you can find how it is
defined in the VBA portion of your workbook.

I was recently asked a question by my customer to explain what was meant
by
the way a function was written. I could not answer as I have not seen a
function/formula written in this manner. I'm hoping someone can give me
a
hand.

Here is the formula: {=TABLE(,Q4)}

Not entierly sure, but have never used a TABLE function. Also of note,
cell
referece (Q4) is blank in the workbook. For whatever reason, customer
states
that the result is correct.

Help anyone?
