Default conditional formating greater than

Try this...

Assuming there are no empty cells in the Asking price column

Assume the range of interest is F2:F10
Select the range F2:F10
Goto the menu FormatConditional Formatting
Select the Formula Is option
Enter this formula in the box on the right:
=F2B2
Click the Format button
Select the desired style(s)
OK out
