Default Due Date

Hi,

Let's say you want the cells to change to red when the current date is 5
days before the due date, which is the value in the cell. Or maybe you want
the cell to change color when the account is 30 or more days past due, the
date in the cell.

In the second case:
1. Select the cells and choose Format, Conditional Formatting,
2. from the first drop down choose Formula is and in the second box enter
the formula
=A1=TODAY()+30
where A1 is the first cell with dates.
3. click Format and choose a color on the Patterns tab, click OK twice.
