Default emergency/snow chain

Hi,

If I understand what you mean by a phone chain chart...

This is not a charting problem, but a drawing one. You should use the
Drawing toolbar's rectangles and connectors.

Click the Drawing toolbar button on the Standard toolbar if necessary to
display the drawing toolbar. You can use the rectangle tool or one of the
shapes on the AutoShapes popup. For the connections you should use the
Connectors on the corresponding popout on the AutoShapes menu.

You can float all of these groups by dragging them away from the menu by
their title bars. You can duplicate shapes quickly using the Ctrl+D shortcut
key while the shape is selected.

You should use the connector tools because they stay connected if you move
the shapes around. Once shapes are out, click the connector of your choice
and hover the mouse over a shape. The mouse changes to a blue square with
crosshairs, and tiny squares appear at various vertexes/edges. Drag the
mouse from the connection point you prefer over a second shape and then click
on one of the connecter squares on that shape.

If this helps, please click the Yes button.
