WORK ON A COPY OF YOUR FILE

You'll need to use a helper column in which you put a text formula along the
lines of this (assuming your first date is in A1)

=year(A1)&text(month(a1),"00")&text(day(a1),"00")

When all is as you want, then convert the formulas to values and delete the
column with the actual dates
