The Edate function is available if you go to ToolsAdd-ins and load the
Analysis Toolpak.

One fix that I have attempted in to convert EDATE function to DATEVALUE
function, but then rather than triggering off of months, I am having to build
future dates off of the number of days between dates. That doesn't seem
right either???
