Sorry, I have been trying all sorts of different formulas to get this right.
I need a formulae that can calculate the numbers of day in C

A guest arrives on A, left on B, total numbers of days on C.

10/12/2008 11/12/2008 1 (days)
31/12/2008 03/01/2009 3
