I looked through Help and I looked in this forum - I am still not able to get
the fill formatting to do what I want.

cell 3B has the formula =C3*(D2/100)

When I select 3B and drag down my formula changes the 3 and 2 in the formula
to reflect the relationship it statred with.
Can I get this to not happen?
