hi
right click the cell(s) that you want to custom format
from the popup, select format cells.
on the number tab, select custom
enter this...
"Day" 0
enter a 1 in the formated cell. Day 1 will appear.
when summing, the fomula may pick up the custom format. reformat to general
or other.
