Can Excel automatically highlight dates in the next week?

=AND(A1<"",B1="",A1-TODAY()<=7)
pick a colour
OK
A1 will now change colour when it is seven day or less to the return date
and stay that way until you book it back in in B1
Use the format painter to paint this into other cells
