Do you have formulas relating these numbers to each other? It would be
straightforward to solve these for the missing variable.

Trying to read values off a chart is not going to be easy. Tushar Mehta has
a kind of digitizing algorithm on his web site (http://tushar-mehta.com),
which I've never used, and I don't even know how he makes it work.
