Default Having 2 header in a list

You should have all the data under one row of headers. You should add a
column as to whether it is SUMMER or WINTER fruit.

when use filter in this list for "graps" , i want to fix both 1 and 7 rows
as headers and not to be hide in any case, any help considerated
