Hi, I'm looking for a substitute for the averageifs formula, as it's only
supported in Excel 2007 and I'd like my spreadsheet to be compatible with at
least excel 2003. Do anyone know a substitution for this?

=AVERAGEIFS(I2:I12,I2:I12,"0",D2:D12,"=OV")
