Default How do wrap all columns of a pivot table to 2nd half of same p

I am trying to get a pivot table that is too long to fit on an 8 1/2 x 11
page, but is narrow enough to fit a 2nd table next to it, to continue the
info from the bottom rows into a the 2nd table, but not with cut and past as
I need to do this for about 20 different pivot tables on an ongoing basis.
My pivot table is 3 columns wide, with the first column containing a alpha
sorted list and the second two indicate whether or not the items in the alpha
list fall into their categories.

Hi,

If you are asking whether you can wrap text in a pivot table - yes, the same
way you do it in a spreadsheet - Format, Cells, Alignment, Wrap text

I don't think this is what you are after but ... If you are asking can you
extend the printout across multiple pages, look at this and see if it
addresses anything you are after - choose the pivot table and then from the
Pivot Table toolbar pick Pivot Table, Table Options, and turn on Repeat item
labels on each printed page and Set print titles.

If you are asking can you print a Excel document like a Word document with
multiple columns - no.

If you are asking something else please give us more details.

I have a 3 column pivot table that can be too long to fit on one page, but I
do not want to shrink it to fit (makes type too small) Is there a way to get
the rows that don't fit on the page to wrap and print as a 3 column table on
2nd half (open half) of the page?
