Default update pivot table data range

Hi again,

The base way to handle expanding data range for pivot table in 2003 or 2007
but not earlier versions is:

1. Define the data range as a List (2003) or Table (2007) by choosing Data,
List, Create List, OK. Or press the shortcut key Ctrl+L (or in 2007 Ctrl+T
also).
2. You can do this before or after you create the pivot table.
3. When you want to add new data move to the bottom of your list and enter
or copy the new data directly below the last row of the list. The list will
automatically incorporate the new data. And the pivot table will know about
the new range!
4. Refresh the pivot table.

I have a pivot chart based on A1 thru D10 in and Excel 2003 workbook. I
would like to expand it to A1 thru F20, but I don't see how that gets done.
How do you respecify the data range for the pivot table?
