Some examples:
=text(a1,"mmddyyyy")
=abs(a1)
Add a named range to your personal file, ideally "formulas". Delete
the "=" sign.
When you need a particular formula. Call the range, Ctrl-C, reselect
the cell where it is desired, & ctrl-v
f2, home, "="
Works for me.
