Default How to use count for calls per hour

Hi,

Assuming you are in Excel 2003 or earlier and that the date is in one column
and the time in the second column.
1. Create a pivot table with the Date field in the row area and the Time
field in the row area and the data area.
2. The Date field should be the outer row field (to the left of the Time
field)
3 Click in the Time field of the row area and choose PivotTable, Group and
Show Details, Group. In the Grouping dialog box select Hours and delselect
anything else.
