Default is there any option to my question

If I had two tables that were laid out differently -- including different
columnwidths, I'd put them on separate worksheets.

I would avoid merged cells. They'll cause trouble (sorting, copy|pasting,
filtering, ...) later.

FOR EXAMPLE I AM USING EXCELTHAN 1 - 20 ROWS IN A SHEET OF DIFFERENT
ALIGNMENTS & I AM STARTING 21ST WITH AN ANOTHER HEADING MERGED & ITS
CONTINUITY WITH SOME OTHER ALIGNMENTS MADE WOULD NOT HURT THE EARLIER ONE
I.E.(1-20 ROWS ALREADY USED)
