Default Menu Bar disappear
When I open Excel 2003, the menu bar on the top is disappeared. How can I
restore the menu bar?

FYI, menu bar is the "File/ Edit/ View/ Insert/ Format/ Tools/ Data/ Window/
Help" on the top.
