Default What is my x-value in a trendlinde based on dates?

What form are your dates in? What is the base unit of your date axis (months
or days), or is it really a text label axis? What's the trendline formula
look like? The answer to your question depends on the answers to these.

..thank you - but this is not exactly easy-reading.

Is there a simple hint on how to use the trendline formula to calculate
sales for a given future month - then please give an example.

I have made a chart showing prices every month. Now I have added a
trendlinde
and can see the formula.

If I want to calculate the exact "trend-price" - what is then my
x-value
for
a given month?
