Default Whole sheet colour changed?? How to fix

Gord, Problem was resolved by a work colleague clicking around - also not
knowing what theywere really doing but seemed to think I had set print area
to a whole screen of the sheet?? Any how it is back to normal. Hope not to
have wasted your time. Really do not understand what exactly happened. Cheesr

Can you select any cell at all on the screen and see a value in the formula
bar?

Have you tried the unhide trick?

Gord, It is actually 1 worksheet out of the series of 6 in the workbook that
has the problem. The others are OK and it goes beyond the celss its the whole
excel screen?

Maybe you hid all rows or columns?

Hi, Must have clicked on a function key - do not know - but the whole sheet
is now a grey colour. I have tried highlighting the whole page and format/
cell/ patterns and changing to 'no colour' but cannot get it to go back.

Help
