Default is there any automatic colour change function?

Be careful with this method.

It will make your workbook "shared" and with attendant problems found with
shared workbooks.

Hi Angel,

On the Review tab, in the Changes group, click Track Changes, and then click
Highlight Changes.

In the Highlight Changes dialog box, select the Track changes while editing
check box.

Hope this helps

suppose there is a master file with all data saved,
what i want to do is,
whenever i reopen this master file and i make some changes of data in some
fields, the colour of those field will be changed.

so a third party can easily spot which fields have been changed and this is
for easy on-going updates purpose

is there any ways i can do so in excel??
