Hi,

I have 2 different formulas:

=COUNTA(August!AT:AV)-3

=COUNTIF(August!I:I,"NSW")

I only want each of these to give results if the following is TRUE:

(August!E:E,"DEN")

I had some help yesterday that only helped with the COUNTIF part, is there a
formula that will work for both COUNTIF and COUNTA? or 2 different formulas?
