You probably would need to use VBA in which case we would need to know a lot
more. Where is the picture? If it is a file what is its name and location?
Can it be either in the spreadsheet or on the disk? How do you know where
to look?

Unrelated - try not to type in all CAPITAL letters - that is considered
shouting on the internet, and is very hard to read.
