Default COUNT IF A DATE IS HIGHER THAN ANOTHER DATE
What formula will work to total the number of dates in column B that are
greater than the date in Cell A1. In the example below the answer will be 2.

e.g.
Cell A1 = 21/4/2008

Cell B1 = 2/1/2007
Cell B2 = 22/4/2008
Cell B3 = 17/8/2008
