round up (ends with...) (resolved)
i got it figured out.

basically the old price (16.99, or whatever it is) multiplied with the
markup (4%, in this case is 17.67) and "rounded" up to the next .99. (16.99
- 17.67 - 17.99)
i've seen some rounding examples, but i cannot figure this out, any help is
appreciated.
