Default How can I pop up a picture when a cell is clicked on Excel?

You can put a picture in a cell comment.
- Select the cell
- Select Insert Comment
- There should be a border of diagonal lines around the cell comment.
Left-click on that border. It should turn into a border made of black dots.
Right-click on that border and select Format Comment
- Select Colors and LInes Color Fill Effects Picture (tab)
Select Picture
- Navigate to the picture you want, click OK, etc.
- Resize the comment as desired

Hope this helps,

Hutch
