I am trying to upload an ASCI file from EVOLUTION and I want the
column headers to run down the left hand side of the page not across
the top - is there a way to upload that or manipulate it after it is
uploaded?

For a manipulation after the data is in Excel, look in Excel's built-in
Help under "Transpose rows and columns."
