Excel 2003 has built-in flowchart symbols.

To activate the Drawing toolbar, choose View | Toolbars | Drawing.

On the Drawing toolbar, choose AutoShapes | Flowchart.

And, Autoshapes | Connectors.

Or, consider the FlowBreeze add-in from www.breezetree.com.
