In the original file, open properties, and then in the comments section
enter the information as to path and file name. Now you may read that
info in any copy you make of the file or if you move the file you may
read it to see the path it was originally in. Of course you could put
the same information in a footer, header or a cell in the spreadsheet
too. It is just more likely to not get changed in the properties.
