I am trying to say - If c11 and d11 and e11 and f11 and g11 and h11 are
greater than zero then use the value in i11 if that value is less than or =
to 8 if the value is in i11 ends up being greater than 8 then I need to put
whatever is greater than 8 in a difference cell.

Can someone help me get started?
