Default Multiple Conditional Format

You can't, but it is only one change as you can select all cells and apply
it in one sweep.

Hi,

I have 2 conditional formats in several columns, highlighting red and
amber.

I've realised I need a third to leave the cell white if a conditional
in another cell is not fulfilled. This new white conditional format
needs to take priority over the red and amber, so needs to be the
first rule.

How can I change the order of the conditional format, without deleting
and retyping the pre3vious rules after I've input the new one ?
