Can someone help?
I don't know how it works in '07 but in the '03 version if you select the
sheet and right click you will be able to move or copy to the current or
another workbook.
If you just want to email one sheet I would save the file with a new name
and delete the unneeded tabs.
Maybe it is different in '07 and someone else has a better idea.
