Default password protect certain cells change

No. Entering anything into a cell that contains a formula will remove
the formula, and the warning message will require code. Using Data
Validation will display a message that may be of some use to you but then
the cell couldn't contain a formula. Perhaps if you would provide more
information about what you want to do, someone may be able to offer some
suggestions. HTH Otto
